• Worked with the consulting team for Community Outreach to get project approved.

• Met with over 300 Carmel Valley businesses to obtain endorsement letters.

• Managed the public relations firm and advertising agency for ad design and messaging for outreach campaigns.

• Worked with the developer and consulting team to create the project renderings.

• Set up pop-up displays and informed local businesses about the project at Kilroy office parks during lunch hours. Spoke with hundreds of employees in the local area.

• Assisted in numerous community outreach events.

• Attending all planning group, planning commission and city council hearings for the project approval.
