  • Studied the existing buyer profile and demographic’s desires and needs to assist in designing this new product within the masterplan.

  • Worked with the builder, architect, interior designer, and exterior colorist to design the floorplans and exterior elevation styles.

  • Oversaw the model home design installation.

  • Coordinated with construction for purchasing for the model homes.

  • Managed the pricing releases and product plotting.

  • Generated and drove traffic to the community through local signage, freeway billboards, digital marketing, referrals, radio advertising, and public relations.

  • Managed all digital media including mobile geo-fencing, eblasts, Google AdWords, SEO, re-targeting, and social media.

  • Website design and management.

  • Project event planning and coordination including Model Grand Opening, broker events, holiday events, etc.

  • Specification and design of quick move-in homes.

  • Project and model maintenance management.
